Your work profile
We are seeking an experienced SAP Sustainability Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP Sustainability solutions, ESG reporting, and sustainability transformation initiatives. The consultant will lead end-to-end implementations, business process design, integration, and support activities for sustainability solutions, ensuring compliance with global ESG and regulatory requirements. Key focus areas include SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT), SAP Sustainability Footprint Management (SFM), ESG reporting, and SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Lead SAP Sustainability solution implementations and rollouts.
- Gather business requirements and design sustainability reporting processes.
- Configure and implement SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT).
- Define ESG KPIs, sustainability data models, and reporting frameworks.
- Perform gap analysis, fit-gap workshops, and solution design.
- Integrate SAP Sustainability solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Support ESG reporting requirements including CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol, and sustainability disclosures.
- Conduct testing, UAT support, training, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide solution guidance.
Key skills required
- Strong experience in SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT).
- Knowledge of ESG reporting and sustainability regulations.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Understanding of CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol, SASB, TCFD, and related frameworks.
- Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and sustainability data management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech /CA or MBA or related field
